Abstract
This paper uses Pro/E, CAD and 3Ds max software to complete the modeling design of the new charging post.Firstly, 3D modeling, process analysis and calculation of the new charging pile parts were carried out. Then a solid model was established, according to the injection capacity, clamping force and injection pressure, the injection machine was initially selected, the cycle diagram of injection molding production process was drawn, and the mold opening and closing simulation was carried out. Finally, mold flow software was used to analyze the manufacturing process of the charging pile, virtual simulation of the problems of the injection machine during the injection process, and checking the feasibility of the design.A new type of charging pile is designed which has certain guiding significance for actual production.
