Abstract

In recent times a mobile phone plays an important role in our day-to-day life & in today’s generation mobile phones are the key of our income as well as education. In this paper we have discussed about the portable charger that uses the solar power-based system using Radio frequency identification module. The mobile phone business is costing billions of dollars as the majority of people using mobile phone is increasing and costumers need more additional charging supply for their mobile batteries, thus charging mobile, using electricity supply is not possible for everyone everywhere. In order to overcome such circumstances and to reduce the use of electricity constantly we have made an efficient public mobile charger which will be useful to community, the design is based on the interfacing of AVR ATEMEGA16 with LCD display. This can be used at exhibition halls, shopping malls, offices, airports and train stations. So, the users can reopen low battery or a dead battery by simply connecting and charging the mobile phone. The system battery will charge through the solar panel. The main Novelty of our paper is, we focused on using this design for mobile charging. The main tools which we’ve used are radio frequency identification for making our work completely wireless, solar panel and rechargeable battery together. Presently, the overall architecture is used only for Electrical Vehicles (EV) but by enhancing the proposed work using RFID & solar power we’ve build a prototypic model.
