Abstract

In the HL 7 standard medical information system, it is necessary to establish the HL 7 message validation mechanism to ensure the accuracy, legitimacy and completeness of the medical information exchange. The HL 7 message validation method based on the exact string matching algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency and stability of the medical information Exchange efficiency and stability. Based on the analysis of HL 7 messages, an effective validation rule is established, and the SQSSABS string matching algorithm is proposed by mixing Skip Search algorithm and Quick Search algorithm and SSABS algorithm. The algorithm achieves the maximum moving distance by calculating the distance between the shift value of the Skip search algorithm and the shift value of the Quick Search algorithm, and then optimizing the order of the optimal matching sequence in the SSABS algorithm, thus reducing the number of matches and improving the performance of the algorithm. Experiments show that this method can effectively improve the HL 7 message validation performance and medical information exchange efficiency.
