Abstract

AbstractAs a la long-term vehicle and a complex system in orbit, the space station experiences a harsh space environment. In order to ensure that the space station can operate permanently and stably in the complex space environment, on orbit maintenance has become an essential means. The long-term on orbit presence of astronauts provides the necessary guarantee for the maintenance of equipment on the space station, and the equipment maintenance interface on the space station must also be designed considering Astronaut’s ability and on-orbit environment must be considered during the design of the equipment maintenance interface on the space station. This paper analyzes The design characteristics of manned on-orbit maintenance interface was analyzed from the perspective of man, machine and environment. And the methods of on orbit maintenance interface design and ground verification were put forward.
