Abstract
Diponegoro University is one of the colleges that have a number of research activities, publications and community service were great. This activity is controlled by research institutions and community service (LPPM). The amount of activity that cause a lot of problems in the management, storage and delivery of information. Besides the need for information about the activities of research, publications and community service are indispensable in conditions of rapid and high degree of accuracy of the information.
