Abstract

For the wireless charging system of multi receiving equipment in three-dimensional space such as exhibition electronic products, this paper proposes a three-dimensional multi transmitting and multi receiving magnetic coupling mechanism based on coil array by using the bisection idea of transforming integration into dispersion and the analysis of mutual inductance Newman formula. Combined with the logic control circuit in FPGA, this mechanism can automatically identify the position of receiving equipment and activate the required transmitter coils. The magnetic coupling mechanism can effectively improve the anti-offset ability of the system and enhance the transmission energy efficiency of the system. This paper firstly gives the theoretical analysis of the wireless power transfer system under SS topology. Combined with the decoupling principle and superposition principle, it is confirmed that the proposed coil array can identify the position of the secondary coil, improve the anti-offset ability, reduce the loss of the primary coil and improve the system energy efficiency to a certain extent. Then the model and parameter design of the designed secondary coupling coil are given, which lays a foundation for verifying its spatial energy transfer ability. Finally, based on the finite element simulation software COMSOL, it is proved that the magnetic coupling mechanism proposed in this paper can recognize the position of secondary coils with different sizes and numbers, and has universal application.
