Abstract

With the rapid development of production automation, more and more people use machine vision system in automatic production lines such as sinking monitoring, finished product inspection and quality control. Machine vision is an important scientific field and a technology driven market. The development of machine vision is of positive significance to China’s teaching, scientific research and economy. Machine vision is an emerging industry in China. The popularization of relevant product technology guidance is not enough, which leads to the lack of systematic application. In recent years, with the gradual improvement of supporting infrastructure and the accumulation of technical funds, the economic structure gradually transforms to technology intensive, and the requirements of production automation and intelligence from all walks of life begin to appear widely. This paper designs a machine vision teaching experiment system based on Halcon. The product tries to describe the hardware structure of general machine vision system through several experiments, such as lens parameter measurement experiment, light source lighting mode and characteristics research, camera calibration experiment. At the same time, it also realizes several common machine vision applications, such as geometric dimension measurement, one-dimensional code and two-dimensional code, text Recognition, from multiple perspectives to understand the machine vision system.
