Order of Solution The initial order of solution can be divided into the following categories: 1. Determine or estimate the design gravity loads to the wall panels. 2. Determine or estimate the design lateral loads to the wall panels. 3. Estimate initially which panels receive the greatest loading due to the combined or singular action of gravity and lateral loads. 4. Estimate, based on the above, whether gravity or lateral loads will control the panel dimensions and shapes. 5. The preliminary size and shape of the wall panel will be strongly affected
