Abstract

Circulating water pump is the key equipment in nuclear power plan. In order to improve the safety and reliability of circulating water pump, an intelligent diagnosis operation and maintenance system is designed in this paper. The core decision points of this system are online monitoring and status assessment, diagnosis of typical fault modes, health prediction, maintenance decision and optimization. The fault operation data are obtained by building a circulating pump test bench, then transfer to the real circulating pump. Finally, the optimization decision of the maintenance program is given. Intelligent diagnostic operation and maintenance system enables the circulating water pump to change from regular maintenance and preventive maintenance to state maintenance, reducing maintenance frequency and cost.
