Abstract

With the development of science and technology, more factors have been considered in the construction of power grid projects. New attributes and indexes should also be taken into account when evaluating benefits. According to different realization functions, we divide the power grid project attributes into power supply guarantee attributes, benefit improvement attributes and power grid development direction attributes. Considering the different importance degrees of the 3 attributes, the function-based subjective weight system is determined. On this basis, the index model is established and the subjective weight of each index is calculated. The benefit evaluation calculation model is established based on the improved entropy weight method. Finally, 9 groups of grid project data are scored by the benefit evaluation model. The analysis results show that the function-based grid project benefit evaluation has a guiding effect on the benefit evaluation of the power grid.
