This paper focuses on the traditional reaction molding process of the reaction kettle. It is aimed at the traditional rubber manufacturing process, such as poor temperature control accuracy, low productivity, and severe manual consumption. It is a research and implementation of DCS (Distributed Control System) control system. Intelligent control mode for precise temperature control of the reactor. Realize visual parameters, state monitoring, accurate temperature control of each link, accurate and intelligent addition of materials, real-time monitoring and alarm of faults, online recording of data and operation process, etc., improve glue making efficiency and control intelligence level. In the traditional PID algorithm, the error rate change factor is added to form a new fuzzy PID control structure. The fuzzy PID control algorithm is used in the constant temperature regulation and timing quantitative addition process. Compared with the traditional PID algorithm control, the new fuzzy PID algorithm is used. There are significant advantages in simulation results and actual production regulation.
