Abstract

Three novel fluorescent probes were prepared based on the DNA single strand base sorting principle for selective detection of xanthine. The fluorescence response signals of three probes to xanthine under different influencing factors were compared and corresponding mechanism was proposed. Finally, they can successfully be applied to the detection of xanthine in real urine samples.
