Abstract

This article develops a temperature control experiment system using a single-chip microcomputer as a controller to provide an experimental platform for process control courses. The interface circuit between SCM, temperature sensor, voltage regulator module and display screen is designed to realize temperature data acquisition and control transmission. The execution program for PID and fuzzy control algorithm is written in C language to realize the automatic control of temperature. The monitoring interface for temperature monitoring and real-time display of response curves is realized by LabVIEW. The platform provides single loop control system design, plant characteristic test, PID parameter tuning, advanced control algorithm research and other experimental projects.
