Abstract
In this paper, the design of the excitation signal module of pulsed eddy current testing system was designed. The pulse waveform signal excitation module with adjustable parameters was designed by Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis technology according to the characteristics of pulsed eddy current testing system. The excitation signal generation module is divided into three parts, including control module, DDS module and power amplifier circuit. Through the MCU AT89S52 to achieve the control of DDS chip AD9851, signal was regulated by filter circuit and power amplification circuit, the positive and negative pulse square wave signal generated by the prompting signal module can be adjusted by 0~70MHz, and the duty cycle of the signal can be adjusted by 1%~99%.
