Abstract

In the industrial robot automatic engraving production line, in order to realize the real-time monitoring of the production process data and the unified data storage management, an embedded small data acquisition and management system based on the SQLite database is designed. The database supports Qt5 and Wince platform migration. In the automated production line, 12 sets of data tables are designed to store the status data of industrial robots and production process data in real time, and the transplantation and operation mechanism of the SQLite database on the embedded platform is analyzed in detail. The running test shows that the data management of the small embedded data management system based on SQLite database is stable and has good scalability and maintainability. Compared with the industrial control model database system, the software and hardware costs are greatly saved, and it is suitable for process monitoring and data management of small and medium-sized automated production equipment.
