Abstract

Power supply is an important support for the operation of electronic equipment, but also a centralized reflection of the working state of the system. Aiming at the fault diagnosis of electronic equipment, a fault diagnosis system based on current characteristics is designed. The system is mainly composed of current sensor, microprocessor control unit (MCU) controller and serial communication interface, and the specific circuit connection relationship is given. Based on CodeWarrior software development environment, the software design is completed, and the control of Freescale MCU ATD module and SCI module is realized. The data acquisition and transmission are completed. The fault diagnosis algorithm adopts the nearest neighbor method to compare the time domain and the wavelet transform coefficients of the measured power supply current signal with the fault library to complete the fault classification. Finally, the verification experiment is carried out on the communication control machine of the command information system, and the system can accomplish the fault location and isolation well.
