Abstract
Author design a neutral beam injector ion source electrode grids breaking down detection and protection embedded system (NIBES) of which the core controller is digital signal processor. NIBES can realize the multi-channel data acquisition, threshold value comparison, optical signal input/output and data transmission through Ethernet. This paper will introduce the NIBES working principle and hard-ware structure.
