To meet the requirement of data acquisition for some processing equipment on the wooden door production line, this paper proposes a design scheme for a data acquisition terminal based on the FAT32 file system. The terminal uses microprocessor STM32MP157 as the core, SD card as the storage medium, and transplants FAT32 file system to manage data. Based on the analysis of the principle of the FAT32 file system, this paper improved the application and recycling of clusters to slow down the frequent wear of FAT and FSinfo sectors, and improved the data storage speed. The test results show that the system is stable and reliable, and can be used in large-capacity data storage.
