Abstract

With the explosive growth of high-efficiency and energy-saving engine industry, new products are changing with each passing day. At the same time, the calorific value is also increasing, such as the existing hydraulic retarder, automatic transmission, hybrid motor and control system heat dissipation equipment. These new products need to maintain a constant temperature environment, because the traditional cooling system water temperature changes greatly, effective power is low, life is low, fan noise is high, has been unable to meet the requirements of low energy consumption and heat dissipation power. However, our intelligent ATS engine constant temperature energy-saving cooling system, the main structural components include: ECU main control module, water tank, fan drive module. It uses ECU to monitor the medium temperature of each heat exchanger and real-time control the fans of two independent intercooling systems and water-cooling systems through PID algorithm to control their cooling intensity. At the same time, the two heat exchanger systems adopt completely independent electric drive fans as cooling source to meet the constant temperature control of the cooling medium of each system, so that the power consumption is less than 2% of the engine power, the fuel consumption is reduced more than 8%, the noise is reduced by about 8 decibels, and the service life of the engine is improved. It has four characteristics: energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency and flexibility.
