Design of Cloud Platform for Clothing Intelligent Manufacturing Based on RFID Technology

Abstract

Aiming at the key problems restricting the development of traditional garment manufacturing industry, such as difficult market connection, low management level and difficult production control, etc. Cloud platform for clothing intelligent manufacturing based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology in this paper, which includes intelligent manufacturing process execution system (MES), visual business intelligence (BI) cloud platform and mobile office software. MES is used to collect grassroots data. Data visualization, machine learning, video analysis technology are used to construct BI cloud platform and mobile office software. The grassroots data of production process is analyzed, processed and presented, to help clothing manufacturing enterprises improve production efficiency and provide decision-making basis. A small garment manufacturer in Wuhan was taken as an example, the cloud platform for clothing intelligent manufacturing was used to practice, to make the operation of the factory informationized, networked and intellectualized, and the production efficiency and market competitiveness of the enterprises were improved. Practical results show that the cloud platform for clothing intelligent manufacturing designed in this paper can effectively meet the needs of information transformation of small and medium-sized clothing manufacturing enterprises.
