Abstract
This paper designs a cable laying condition monitoring system. The system uses endoscope to monitor the defects in the pipeline, and uses tension sensor to monitor the traction in the process of cable laying. Through the test and test data analysis, the tension measurement range of the system is 0-10T and the measurement accuracy is 0.01T. The video system can clearly observe the defects in the cable duct. Therefore, the monitoring system designed in this paper can monitor the cable laying state and avoid the damage to the cable caused by pipeline defects and excessive tension.
