Design of boom expansion principle and luffing system of side - mounted tower crane

Abstract

In order to ensure normal movement and avoid interference in the erection and recovery process of the side-mounted rapid erection tower crane, our takes it as the research object, analyzes the structure composition and erection working principle of the boom part of the quick erection tower, and uses SolidWorks three-dimensional simulation to complete the drawing of different structure models of the tower crane. At the same time, the design of steel wire rope system is being studied, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of this kind of side-mounted tower crane.
