Abstract

According to the principle and characteristics of air pressure balance for fire control and the relation of pressure change and air leakage in pressure balance area, pressure regulation redundancy is determined and applied. And based on the site actual demand, this paper introduces the hardware overall design of auto air pressure balance system for fire control, compilation of configuration monitoring software and PLC instruction, communication protocol selection and hardware connection mode. In the system, industrial computer is used as host computer, adopting dual redundancy control for higher reliability. Develop configuration monitoring software based on Force Control 6.0. In branch station, PLC is applied as control core, communicating with host computer through CAN field-bus, and receives instruction to control field devices. This paper presents numerical simulation and effect analysis of pressure balance. Auto air pressure balance system for fire control can be widely applied in mining under fire area, fire-zone open and coal spontaneous combustion prevention.
