Abstract
This paper introduces an X-band T/R module for multi-function active phased array radar. The development processes of circuit design, electromagnetic compatibility and manufacturing technology for the module are presented in detail. Using multi-chip micro-assembly technology, multi-layer PCB wiring technology and circuit structure optimization, finally, a small size, high integration four-channel T/R module with stable performance was developed. The measured results show that the output powers of all channels are more than 20W, the noise figures of all receiving channels are less than 3.5dB.
