Abstract

Clean-rooms are of great importance in many fields, such as factories and hospitals, which are widely used in order to achieve cleanliness in certain spaces.Clean-room is an industrial air purification system, has more than ten years of development history, widely used in industry, medicine, precision instrument manufacturing and other industries. There are two types of clean-rooms: industrial clean-rooms and biochemical and pharmaceutical clean-rooms. The industrial clean room mainly controls dust particles and keeps the room in a positive pressure state, which requires the air from the outside to enter the clean room to meet the cleanliness, because the air from the outside will affect the whole production, suitable for high-precision processing industry and intensive electronic industry. And biochemistry and medicine use clean room requirement is a little higher, because involve the pollution that sedimentation bacterium, surface bacterium to wait to cause biochemistry pollution even, the air inside the requirement at this moment is not allowed to enter outside, because indoor air has pollution, should use negative pressure treatment so.The clean-room in the factory requires that the temperature and humidity, pH and indoor pressure in the factory be controlled within a certain range, so as to ensure the normal operation of the clean room. Using advanced automation technology and computer network communication technology to monitor and manage the air conditioning monitoring system in clean rooms is of great significance.
