Abstract

Lubrication system is an important part of wind turbine. with the development trend of large-scale wind turbine, the probability of failure of lubrication system increases gradually, so it is very important to improve the stability of lubrication system. In this paper, the heat generation of gear box is calculated by Matlab modeling, and the heat dissipation power of lubrication system is defined. combined with the innovation of structure and the optimization of adaptive control system, the adaptive lubrication system of gear box of wind turbine is designed by using AMESim software. The oil temperature, oil pressure and oil quality of the lubrication system can be adjusted adaptively under the action of sensors and controllers in order to meet the operating environment and working state of the wind turbine. The wind turbine gear box adaptive lubrication system ensures the lubrication environment of the wind turbine gear box under extreme weather and extreme working conditions, can effectively reduce the wear and tear between the gear box motion parts, and reduce the probability of wind turbine failure shutdown. The reliability of wind turbine is improved and the working life of wind turbine is prolonged.
