Abstract

In order to improve the security of railway communication network, an active defense system of railway communication network based on deep neural network is proposed and designed. Through the design of railway communication network monitoring terminal, railway communication network alarm, railway communication network intrusion data parser and railway communication network active defense circuit, the hardware design of the system is completed. In the software part, based on the collected spatial data of railway communication network, the intrusion data characteristics of railway communication network are extracted by using deep neural network, and the active defense of railway communication network is realized by constructing the active defense model of railway communication network. The experimental results show that the function of the designed system meets the needs of users for the system function, and improves the performance of the system by reducing the memory occupancy, false alarm rate and packet loss rate.
