Abstract

In order to solve the problems of backward search and rescue methods, low search and rescue efficiency and practical application requirements, this paper designed a kind of solar-blind ultraviolet search and rescue equipment, a portable and practical ultraviolet LED beacon source. These constitute the solar-blind ultraviolet search and rescue system which can be applied to different scenes. In addition, an adaptive filtering algorithm based on motion compensation and photon statistics is proposed to process the ultraviolet image in the case of high noise and obvious jitter. A large number of application test results show that the system designed in this paper can carry out efficient search and rescue.
