Abstract

Because of the advantages of simple structure, low cost and high efficiency, asynchronous motor has been widely used in production and life. However,There are also some defects in its application. On the one hand, due to the high power of some asynchronous motors and the bad working environment, the running state is not easy to be controlled by people. On the other hand, high-power asynchronous motor sometimes runs at high voltage, which is dangerous for learner in the first stage. Therefore, in order to improve the above situations, an asynchronous motor simulation system is designed in this paper. In this system, various simulation models of starting, regulating speed and braking of asynchronous motor are built by using Simulink tool module, and the change of operation parameters can be observed from oscilloscope. At the same time, the user login interface is established by using guide based MATLAB. After logging in the system, users can call various simulation models of asynchronous motor on the simulation interface, modify the relevant operation parameters of the motor model on the interface, and view the results of rotor current, stator current, rotor speed and electromagnetic torque of asynchronous motor. Through this system, users can more intuitively observe the influence of different parameters on the operation of asynchronous motor, which provides great convenience for the research and experiment of asynchronous motor. It can also show the characteristics of various starting, speed regulation and braking, which provides a reference for the research and analysis of asynchronous motor.
