Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of dynamic wireless charging system of electric vehicle, save the economic cost and reduce the electromagnetic radiation, in this paper, two new types of coupling core structures are proposed, which are respectively arranged at the transmitter and the pickup end, ansoft software is used to establish the dynamic wireless charging model of three dimensional electric vehicle. At the same time, the mutual inductance equivalent model of the coupling mechanism of the wireless charging system for electric vehicle is established, the coupling characteristics are studied, and several typical magnetic coupling structures are simulated and compared; Intensive Study on the magnetic field shielding performance of the new coupling magnetic core. The research result show that the new magnetic coupling structure can remarkable improve the efficiency of power transmission, and greatly reduce the cost of magnetic core; Its unique recessed structure, not only convenient for practical engineering arrangement of the coil, and the magnetic field shielding effect is good, improve charging safety.
