Abstract

For the problem that the center bearing of the planetary reducer is subjected to excessive force, a stress analysis was performed on a center bearing with a planetary gear mounted on a NN type reducer, and it was found that there was a large relationship between the bearing force and the axial distance between the bearings. Based on this, a new type of coplanar dual-mesh transmission with less teeth difference is proposed. The transmission principle of this type of transmission is discussed, and a new type of gear reducer with less teeth is selected. This reducer reduces bearing stress and avoids the problem of excessive axial spacing. Using solidworks kinematics simulation, it is verified that the reducer output is stable.
