Abstract
In order to achieve high-speed and high-precision rotation positioning of segment, a new electrohydraulic control system is designed. Thorough mechanism analysis is firstly carried out to provide guidance for the design of electrohydraulic system. Then the designed system is analyzed by system modeling, based on which a suitable control strategy is proposed. Finally, both the electrohydraulic system and its control strategy are tested under simulated load in AMEsim platform. The results show that new electrohydraulic control system can achieve good performance in both speed control and position control. Therefore, this new electrohydraulic control system is useful and practical.
