Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of the microdose detector data acquisition system, Design of a high-speed multi-channel data acquisition system based on FPGA, with low power consumption, high speed, high accuracy and multi-channel synchronous data acquisition. Using ADC9225 as a multi-channel analog-to-digital converter, with low power consumption, low cost, real-time data acquisition, interactive control of the upper computer and other features. The test results show that the system can be used for the processing of microdose detector output signals, can analyze the physical mechanism that causes the detector output signal distortion, and can correct the uncertainty of the spectral data due to pulse accumulation, system noise, signal crosstalk, and inter-channel parameter differences.
