Abstract
The processing of the generated information in the development of conferences implies the use of human and logistical resources, so it is important to use tools such as Conference Management Systems (CMS) to facilitate the development of events. Due to the essence and theme of some conferences, it is important to include guidelines to have accessible systems, both to attract more people and maintain inclusion, and to be recognized internationally, providing quality to the events that the organization carries out. All accessibility characteristics are defined by organizations specialized in web development, such as the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), through the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), which define the guidelines and standards that should be considered to create accessible content to people with disabilities, so that there are no barriers and that more developers, creators and designers, begin to include these conditions. While there are other guidelines that can be applied, the development of this system focuses on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
