Abstract
Accurate calibration of nucleoli in cells is of great significance for disease diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, a simple method was used to synthesize a new nuclear fluorescent probe TpsPym with excellent nonlinear optical properties. TpsPym has excellent three-photon behavior, and the three-photon absorption cross section can reach 11.49 × 10-89 cm6s2photon-2, located at the second near-infrared window (1200 nm). In vitro experimental studies have shown that TpsPym has an obvious response to RNA, mainly through hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking, inserting into RNA. TpsPym can specifically target nucleoli in cells with high specificity.
