Abstract

This paper aims to conduct research on interior design methods based on resist-flame burn-through. The paper first analyzed the acceptance criterion of the oil burner test according to part III of Appendix F, part 25, [1]. Then it elaborated on various design methods of cargo compartment liners combined with the previous design and test experience, including the design method of material, opening features, lap/butt joint features, and corner butt joint features [2]. These design methods can effectively improve the ability to resist-flame burn-through of cargo compartment liners.
