Abstract

In order to accurately analyze the multi-functional requirements of the visually impaired population for travel auxiliary equipment and enhance the user experience and design effect of the population's auxiliary equipment, an innovative design method based on Kano model and situational FBS model is proposed on the basis of user questionnaire investigation and analysis, and the hierarchical classification of the functional requirements of outdoor auxiliary equipment for the visually impaired population is carried out. Firstly, the questionnaire of Kano model is used for investigation and analysis, and the key design elements are obtained according to the importance of the quality elements of the investigation results. Secondly, the key elements obtained are taken as important objectives, and the integrated innovation method combining situational function behavior structure model (FBS) and Kano model is cited to solve the problem of insufficient design and mine effective innovation methods and new processes. Through the application of scenario FBS, the results of user demand analysis can more intuitively, accurately and multi angle reflect the actual needs. Finally, taking the innovative design of a travel intelligent auxiliary equipment for people with visual disabilities as an example, the complementary advantages of Kano model and situational FBS model are integrated to provide some reference value for the demand research of people with visual disabilities.
