Abstract
The photoelectric detector is the essential device of the photoelectric detecting system.In this paper,many colleges and universities have set up experimental courses related to optoelectronic devices,but there are some problems existing in the courses,such as the photoelectric detector characteristics of the measurement device is not high accuracy,inconvenience and so on.This paper designs a comprehensive experimental device based on embedded system and precision control,and introduces the design of software and hardware in detail.Experiments show that the device is stable,it can test the common characteristics of different photodetector parameters,and better meet the experimenter of the accuracy and experimental teaching convenience requirements.
