Abstract
A complex intelligent integrated dual-robot collaborative drilling and riveting aircraft assembly system is proposed in this paper to solve the application problem of automatic drilling and riveting in narrow spaces. Firstly, the structure of the system is described. Then, the multifunctional end effectors which include intelligent drilling and riveting units are designed. Finally, relevant experiments are designed to verify the application of the system for the automatic drilling and riveting of complex laminated materials in different aircraft. The results show that the system can well adapt to the application scenarios of aircraft automatic drilling and riveting.
