Abstract

This article uses a combination of Axiomatic design (AD) and Theory of Innovation Problem Solving (TRIZ) as the basis of the mechanism design framework. First, the product structure design matrix is generated through the modular design process in AD, and then the contradiction analysis in TRIZ is used for the coupling design parameters in the design matrix to obtain a feasible solution of the design plan. To verify the reliability of the design scheme when considering the actual errors such as the size and shape of the ice cream bar, the known uncertain factors were quantified and Adams simulation was used. Finally, a secondorder moment method is used to analyze the reliability of the key nodes of the turning mechanism, and the reliability of the node is 90.66%, which verifies the reliability of the mechanism design.
