Abstract
Taking ZS1115 diesel engine as an example, on the basis of basically not changing the original structure, natural gas inlet valve, natural gas air mixer and natural gas governor are added to realize dual fuel combustion control. The model of dual fuel engine is established by using SolidWorks software, and the size and performance parameters of main mechanical structures are optimized and simulated by using modules such as simulationmotion, simulationxpress and simulationflow. The bench test results show that the dual fuel engine designed based on SolidWorks runs stably, and the power, economy and emission performance meet the design requirements.
