Abstract
Nanotechnology has emerged as a powerful tool and plays an important role in the development of biomedicine. The construction of novel nanomaterials to optimize their functionality in lesions is the key issue in nanomedicine. Smart nanoassemblies have received intensive attention due to their tunable function intrigued by certain stimuli. Especially for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors, the design and synthesis of dynamic nanoassemblies based on the microenvironment of tumors can achieve the dynamic transformation of their structures in vivo , and consequently amplify the imaging signals, enhance the therapeutic efficiency and improve the biosafety, which provides a new strategy for intelligent theranostics. In this review, we summarize the advanced assembly strategies and discuss the application of dynamic nanoassemblies that response to endogenous stimuli (pH, enzymes and redox) in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
