Abstract

In this paper, we have designed a Chaotic Colpitt's oscillator using transistor 2N3904. The circuit simulation using Multisim 2001 is also presented. The simulation results show that Colpitt's oscillator is an excellent tool to generate Chaotic signal. The configuration of the communication system using Chaotic Oscillator is simple. Also, Chua circuit can be used for broad band communication by enhancing the bandwidth of the original Chua circuit. We have taken here a simple Chaotic Oscillator to demonstrate a nonlinear approach for both sinusoidal and chaotic mode of operation. One can also generate regular and irregular (chaotic) oscillations, depending on the circuit parameters. The implemented Chaotic Oscillator has −43.720 dBm of the output power at 27.007 KHz frequency.
