Abstract

Aiming at the problems of complex machining and impeller structural strength of traditional centrifugal compressors, a new speed-ratio bladeless supercharging mechanism is proposed. The results show that the system pressure of the new structure increases with the increase of the rotating speed of the disk; while the maximum pressure of the outer cavity and the maximum pressure of the system change in a curve with the difference of the disk wall clearance, the diameter of the disk and the number of pipes in the disk. Based on the results of theoretical and simulation analysis, a bladeless pressurized structure test platform was established. The test results show that the working medium pressurization measured at the outlet of the mechanism is 0.1Mpa, and the experimental results have a high degree of agreement with the theoretical analysis.
