Abstract

Three-dimensional solid modeling and structural design of the large-angle simulation turntable were carried out by three-dimensional software, and the assembly of the simulation turntable was realized. Simultaneously, the dynamics simulation of the simulation turntable was carried out to obtain the angular velocity, angular acceleration and torque curve of the simulated turntable under the given motion curve. Considering the influence of the tested equipment on the simulation turntable, the vibration simulation analysis of the simulation turntable was carried out by finite element software, and the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis obtained the vibration characteristics of the simulation turntable. The results show that the structural design of the large-angle simulation turntable meets the design requirements.
