Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low automation level and low production efficiency of current looms, serious homogeneity of domestic shedding devices, and large gap between domestic technology level and imported equipment, an active cam shedding device of air-jet looms is designed. The device realizes the up and down reciprocating movement of the heald frame through the transmission of the conjugate cam and the connecting rod. Firstly, the digital design of the shedding device is carried out. Through the reverse design of the conjugate cam mechanism and the establishment of other sub-series parts, the digital prototype of the active cam shedding device is finally obtained. Then, according to the design requirements of the remote real-time monitoring system, the monitoring system of the cam shedding device is designed in detail, including the overall structure design of the remote real-time monitoring system, the composition of the data acquisition and signal transmission module, the composition of the hardware system and software system, so as to realize the online detection, fault diagnosis, remote data transmission and online control in the weaving process. Finally, the characteristics and application value of the digital cam shedding device are put forward, and the future research direction for remote detection systems is pointed out. The research in this article is conducive to the realization of automation, informatization and intelligence in the textile industry, and has reference significance for the research on the shedding device of the loom.
