Abstract

To explore the intelligent operation and inspection mode of unattended substation, this paper studies the intelligent operation and inspection monitoring system, and studies the structure, function, software and hardware configuration of the intelligent operation and inspection monitoring system based on image recognition technology. The intelligent operation and inspection monitoring system of substation plans to establish two levels of platforms, namely, station-side and remote-side, which are deployed at three levels, namely, station, maintenance patrol center and substation, and can be accessed at any time through the web, so as to realize the analysis and application of all-service data at the station-side. The station system integrates the original video surveillance system, inspection robot system, etc., and adds an image recognition module to realize one-button sequence control and intelligent inspection functions, forming an integrated platform, and displaying the equipment status more comprehensively and intensively. The research can solve the contradiction between the increasing number of substation equipment and the insufficient number of operation and maintenance personnel, solve the practical problems of substation operation and maintenance, ask for manpower from science and technology, rationalize and standardize substation operation and maintenance management, reduce the pressure of operation and maintenance, improve the production efficiency of Substation, share the operation volume of operators, and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.
