Abstract
Nowadays several e-Bikes are coming into existence which runs automatically without manpower. Tracking the e-Bikes and retrieve the information is done by using LoRa and XBee module. For Long range, LoRa and for short range, XBee is used with less power and lower bit rate. Communications on wireless systems endorsed as an infrastructure resolution for the Internet of Things. By using LoRa technology, communication is done for end devices across a particular wireless bound to gateways, so it will connect to the Internet. Due to the connection between end device to LoRa and LoRa to a central network server, LoRa acts as transparent bridges and relay messages. LoRa and XBee will access the information of an e-Bike to the network server. In this paper, the comparison between XBee and LoRa module in different baud rate analysis illustrates the data throughput. From that LoRa provides the 100% successful packet delivery where as XBee progressively decreases while the increase in data rate.
