Abstract

Objective Use IoT technology and build digital twin model to comprehensively and directly reflect the whole life cycle condition of metal structure corrosion process, realize the intelligent prediction and maintenance of metal corrosion, and improve the reliability of metal structure work. Method Combining finite element model with real-time data drive, the digital twin model of atmospheric corrosion process and the experimental platform design scheme of IOT monitoring are proposed to establish the link between corrosion digital simulation and actual corrosion process. Results Combining corrosion physical modeling and corrosion real-time data drive, combining them into a hybrid digital twin, realizing the whole life cycle management of metal structures, providing reference for corrosion research and application of corrosion prevention technology. Conclusion The digital twin combining real-time data-driven and physical models has better application prospects, and future ship development can apply digital twin technology to further intelligent manufacturing production.
