Abstract

This paper analyzes the basic principle of the air-jet loom electronic weft-feeder and designs a high speed electronic weft-feeder control system based on BLDC Motor and introduces the implementation of the hardware and software in detail. Laboratory platform and air-jet loom debugging show that the designed system realizes three functions, the weft yarn storage, fixed length and yarn tension balance, the highest weft insertion rate of the system reaches 2000m / min, which meet the design requirements.
